» Urgent order delivery is upon availability of the stock, If we are out of stock, we take around 10 days to 25 days to complete the order .

» Shipments that are sent through By Air cargo ,takes around 3-6 days and by Sea Cargo it is around 10 to 35 days depending on the location/port . Courier such as Fedex ,Dhl ,Ups and etc take around 3 days but we don't suggest this way for the shipment because of higher charges.

» Shipments that are less than 500 kgs are suitable for Air cargo and if over, Sea cargo is suitable.

» Shipments that are less than 90 kgs are not suitable because of the higer rates by air/sea cargo companies.

» Some of our products such as Copper Crafts are charged by volume instead of weight by cargo companies because of their very light weight .

» Wooden Products are suitbale for Sea cargo shipments.
